Accountant Firms as specified by IRCTC.

Eligible firms include only those listed
under the Limited Tender panel issued by IRCTC.
·
MSEs are eligible for full exemption from
turnover and experience criteria.
·
Startups (DPIIT registered) are also
eligible for exemption from turnover and experience criteria.
·
Firms must meet all technical requirements
and submit documents requested in the ATC.
·
Bidder must not be under liquidation,
bankruptcy, or court proceedings.
