This tender has been issued by NTPC Limited, Ministry of Power, for engaging a qualified third-party agency to carry out the Electrical Protection Audit at the National Capital Power Station (NCPS) as per the latest guidelines of IEGC 2023.

Eligibility Requirements

·         Bidder must comply with IEGC 2023 and complete Scope of Work.

·         Must submit all ATC documents, price breakup, and required PDFs.

·         Make in India (MII) compliance is mandatory.

·         No MSME/Startup exemption for experience or turnover.

·         Bidder must comply with Indian labour laws.

·         Bidders from countries sharing land border with India must be registered with Competent Authority.

Technical Specifications

·         Service Name: Third Party Electrical Protection Audit as per IEGC 2023 – DGPS NCPS

·         Regulatory Compliance: Service must fully comply with IEGC 2023 norms.

·         Scope Compliance: Vendor must meet all requirements of SOW, STC SLA.

·         Service Nature: Complete protection system audit including relay checks, coordination, settings verification & report submission.

·         Minimum Floor Price: Not defined by buyer (No floor price).
