The Karnataka State Seeds Corporation Ltd.
(KSSCL) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Chartered
Accountant / Cost Accountant firms for conducting Internal Audit for
the financial year 2025–26 on a half-yearly basis.
Eligibility
Criteria (Technical Requirements)
Firms must:
- Be registered with ICAI/ICMAI.
- Have an office in the relevant zone.
- Have at least 2 qualified auditors.
- Have sufficient manpower with Tally
knowledge.
- Have at least 5 years of experience
in internal audit, finalization of accounts, or similar work with
Govt/PSUs.
- Provide documents: firm registration,
partnership deed, GST/PAN, staff details, experience, authorization
letters, etc.
