SBI invites bids from leading consultancy firms for empanelment
to provide risk management and related advisory services on a Time
& Material (T&M) basis for a period of five years.
- Empanelment
applies across State Bank Group (domestic & foreign offices,
subsidiaries, JVs).
- Consortium
bidding is not allowed.
Fees:
- Tender Fee: ₹25,000 (non-refundable)
- EMD: ₹10,00,000 (DD/BC/BG)
Eligibility
- Indian Company
/ LLP / Partnership.
- Must comply
with Government Public Procurement (PPP) Orders.
- Turnover: ≥ ₹50 Cr (India) or ≥ ₹500 Cr (MNC) – relaxed
for Startups.
- Profitable in at least 2 of last 3 years – relaxed
for Startups.
- Positive Net
Worth – relaxed for
Startups.
- Minimum 3
years ERM / Risk advisory experience with ≥25 resources deployed
annually.
- Must be Class-I
or Class-II Local Supplier.
- 3 client
references from
banks/PSUs/NBFCs.
- 15+
FRM/PRM-certified staff
on payroll.
- Not
blacklisted; disclose litigations/regulatory actions.
- Minimum 10
years’ experience in Risk Management consulting (relaxed for
Startups).
- Completed 2
risk management projects for large banks/FIs (balance sheet ≥ ₹2 lakh
crore).
- Fully
functional India office, Country Head in India (≥5 years; 2
years for Startups).
- Minimum 5
partners + 10 risk staff, each with ≥2 years in firm; Engagement
Manager ≥3 years (relaxed for Startups).
- Experience in 60%
of risk areas mentioned in the scope.
