Savitribai Phule Pune University
Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), Pune has
invited Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed Chartered Accountant firms
for the appointment of Statutory Auditor for FY 2025–2026, with an option to
extend for two more years based on performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have experience in statutory audit of
Government-funded Higher Educational Institutes.
- Average turnover of last 3 years must be minimum
₹50 lakhs per year.
- Firm must be at least 10 years old with minimum
3 full-time CAs.
- Must be empanelled with C&AG for FY
2025–26.
- Head office must be located in Pune city.
- Firm/partners must not be blacklisted /
disqualified by ICAI or C&AG.
- No criminal/civil case pending against firm or
partners.
- Must have strong knowledge of Income Tax laws
and capability to attend IT Assessment; ITAT appeal experience preferred.

estimated professional fee payable for this assignment for the financial year
2025-2026
has been kept maximum up to Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only)
