ELIGIBILTY
• The
Bidder shall necessarily be a legally valid and registered entity either in the

• The
Bidder should have at least three years of experience in providing Manpower
services in Ministries/Departments under the Government of India or State/
Govt. Institutions/ PSUs
• The
Bidder should have an average gross turnover of 3 Crore (Rupees three crore
only) in the similar business of providing manpower during the last three
financial years ending last March.
• The
bidder should have its own trained manpower on their rolls. A Notarized
affidavit and undertaking that the workers employed would be paid as per the
up-to-date wage rate and the rules in force of the Government of Jharkhand,
also observe all statutory requirements concerning ESI, EPF, etc., regarding
workers.
• The
Bidder should have an operational office located in all over Bihar for which
necessary documents shall be submitted.
