1. Technical Criteria
- Must have completed similar services in
the last 3 years.
- Similar Service = Detailed engineering + pipe
stress analysis of hydrocarbon piping.
- Must meet any one of the
following job value criteria:
- 1 job ≥ ₹73.35 L (₹62.35 L for MSE)
- 2 jobs ≥ ₹45.84 L each (₹38.97 L for MSE)
- 3 jobs ≥ ₹36.67 L each (₹31.17 L for MSE)
2. Financial Criteria
- Average Annual Turnover ≥ ₹28 Lakhs (last 3 FYs).
- Positive Net Worth in last audited financial year.
3. EMD
- ₹2,50,000 (exemption
as per GeM MSE rules).
4. Other Conditions
- Should not be on BPCL/MoPNG holiday
list.
- Integrity Pact required (though mentioned as “Not Applicable”).
- If L1 → submit TPIA-verified documents (NABCB
Type-A agencies).
- JV/Consortium not allowed.
- Only shortfall documents allowed
after bid; no new contracts for qualification.
