Eligibility (Short Summary)
- CA Firm Age – Minimum 5 years old;
should have an FCA (sole proprietor or partner).
- Experience – At least 3 years
experience in accounting & tax consultancy of PSU companies.
- C&AG Empanelment – Must be empanelled with
C&AG in last 3 years.
- Office Location – Must have Head/Branch
office in Gurugram.
- Clean Record – No partner should be:
- Involved in unprofessional practices
- Facing ICAI inquiry
- Blacklisted by any Govt. body
Terms & Conditions (Short
Summary)
- Provide one full-time accounts executive daily
+ CA visit weekly/fortnightly.
- Maintain and hand over all accounting data.
- Penalty: ₹5,000 per failure.
- Firm responsible for all statutory compliances
(IT, GST, EPF).
- Monthly fee only; no extra expenses paid; GST
extra.
- Submit PAN, GST, proofs, C&AG letters.
- HREC may seek clarifications or reject
proposal anytime.
- Security Deposit ₹50,000 (refundable).
- If work unsatisfactory → contract can be terminated,
security forfeited.
- Must resolve old audit paras and support for 1
month after contract.
- Tender Fee: ₹2,250 + ₹1,000; EMD ₹6,800.
