agency for providing independent quality assurance audit for projects

✅ 1. ELIGIBILITY (Technical + Financial)
A. Technical Eligibility
- Bidder must have experience
in Quality Audit / PMC / Supervision of large infrastructure works.
- Experience in Railway /
Metro / Highway linear projects is acceptable.
- Bidder must provide
qualified staff including a Team Leader, QA engineers, auditors,
etc.
- If Team Leader does not meet
eligibility,
the bid is summarily rejected.
B. Financial Eligibility
- Bidder must have Annual
Consultancy Revenue ≥ 150% of the estimated project cost.
- Estimated contract cost = ₹12,91,74,729
→ Required annual turnover approx = ₹19.37 crore.
C. JV / Consortium Eligibility
- JV up to 3 members is
allowed.
- Lead member must have ≥ 51%
share.

- ₹7,95,900 (The tender explicitly provides EMD (Bid Security) exemption
