1. Basic Eligibility
- Must
be a CA Firm / LLP (No JV/Consortium allowed).
- Must
be registered & operational in India for minimum 5 years as on
01.01.2025.
- Must
have Head Office in Chhattisgarh (mandatory).
- Must
hold valid ICAI Constitution Certificate, PAN, GST Registration in
Chhattisgarh.
2. Experience Requirements
- Must
have minimum 2 work orders in
Double Entry Accounting / Computerized Accounting / Taxation
incorporates/PSUs/Govt. sector within Chhattisgarh,
each with minimum fee of ₹50,000, during FY 2020-21 to 2024-25.
- Must
submit work orders + CA certificate confirming completion & payment.
3. Financial Criteria
- Average
annual turnover ≥ ₹25 lakh (services only) for last 5 years (2019-20 to
2023-24).
- Positive
net worth in all last 5 years.
4. Partner / Qualification Requirements
- Minimum
2 partners, including at least 1 FCA.
- At
least 1 partner must be DISA-qualified (ICAI).
- Must
possess a valid Peer Review Certificate.
5. Other Mandatory Conditions
- Not
blacklisted by any State/Central Govt/ULB/PSU.
- Must
submit self-declaration for non-blacklisting.
- No
consortium / joint venture allowed.
- All
supporting documents must be signed and sealed.
6. Fees / Deposits (Mandatory for Eligibility)
