Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur invites sealed bids from eligible Chartered
Accountant Firms for providing Financial
Management & Technical Support for
the University and its 42
constituent colleges. Tender includes
comprehensive accounting, tax compliance, MIS reporting, CAG audit compliance,
and deployment of qualified staff.
Eligibility Criteria
The bidder must meet all of the
following eligibility conditions to qualify for technical evaluation:
- The
Chartered Accountant Firm must have a minimum of 10 years of existence.
- The
Head Office of the firm must be located in the state of Bihar.
- CAG
Empanelment for the financial year 2024–25 is mandatory.
- The
firm must have valid GST registration.
- The
firm must possess PAN and must submit Income Tax Returns for the last
three (3) financial years.
- The
firm must have a minimum of ten (10) work orders related to Accounting
Work in Government Departments or Public Sector Undertakings.
- The
firm must have at least one (1) work order related to Audit Work in a
University or Educational Institution.
- The
firm must have at least two (2) work orders related to Taxation Work
(Income Tax / GST) in Government Departments or Public Sector
Undertakings.
- The
firm must have at least one (1) work order related to CAG Para Compliance
Work.
- The
bidder must submit an affidavit stating that the firm and its partners
have no conviction and no adverse regulatory orders against them.
- The
signing partner must submit a valid Character Certificate issued by the
Superintendent of Police (SP) or above rank.
- Any
bid submitted without the required Tender Fee and EMD shall be summarily
rejected.
