HARTRON invites proposals from eligible organizations for Inspection and Audit of 80+ Advanced Skill Centres across Haryana. The assignment includes infrastructure verification, training quality audits, statutory compliance checks, safety inspections, documentation reviews, and continuous monitoring

 ELIGIBILITY / PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

A bidder must fulfill ALL of the following:

1. Legal Status

• Registered as a Company / Firm / Society / Educational Institute / NGO, etc.
• Must exist for minimum 3 years.

2. Not Blacklisted

• Should NOT be blacklisted by any State/Central Govt. in the last 3 years.

3. Business Experience

• Minimum 3 years  Experience in:
  Inspection / Audit / Testing / Certification / Compliance services
  specifically for institutional, private or public buildings.

4. Financial Strength

• Average Annual Turnover: At least ₹20 Lakhs (FY 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25)
• Positive Net Worth

5. Experience with Government Bodies

• Must have executed similar assignments with:

• State Govt. / Central Govt. / PSUs

6. Certifications

• Must have at least one certification such as:
• NABET / QCI / ISO 9001:2015 or other quality assurance certifications.

FEES & CHARGES

The bidders are required to submit the following fees at the time of bid submission:
