DHS GORAKHPUR is
inviting Proposals from the prospective Bidders for Concurrent Audit for FY
2023-24 & 2024-25 of DHS for the various programs implemented under
National Health Mission for DHS (“Project”).
ELIGIBILITY
- Must be a registered
CA/CMA firm with PAN, GST & ICAI/ICMAI certificate.
- Must be 10+
years old (continuous audit practice).
- Must be C&AG
empanelled for FY 2025–26.
- Must have HO/Branch
Office in the concerned district/division.
- Audit
Experience in last 3 years:
- 1 project
≥ ₹2,68,800, OR
- 2 projects
≥ ₹1,68,000, OR
- 3 projects
≥ ₹1,34,400.
- Manpower:
- 1
Full-time FCA/CMA (3+ yrs)
- 5
Semi-qualified CA/CMA (Inter)
- Turnover: ≥
₹1,00,800 (avg of 3 years).
- Positive net
worth for all 3 years.
- Not blacklisted
and not barred under NHM rules.
FEES
- Bidder must
quote total fees for 2 years (incl. GST).
- Must not
exceed district’s budgeted annual fee.
- Fee is inclusive
of TA/DA, travel, printing, manpower etc.
CONTRACT PERIOD
- Audit period: FY
2023–24 & FY 2024–25.
