The National
Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA) The selected audit
agency will conduct internal audits for three financial years (2025–26 to
2027–28) covering governance, compliance, financial reporting, grant
management, procurement, HR/payroll, asset management, and FCRA-related
expenditure.

lakh (avg last 3 yrs).

Govt/Autonomous/PSU internal audits in last 7 yrs (incl. 2 FCRA audits).

blacklisted; no misconduct.
Fees
- Estimated
value: ₹7,00,000
(₹2,33,333/yr incl. GST).
- EMD: ₹14,000.
- PBG: 5% of contract value.
- Penalty: 0.5% per week (max 10%).
